1. Return & Refund Policy
At our Experience Center, we strive to offer the highest quality in Arabic perfumery. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following policy:
- Returns: We only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging (including the security seal/cellophane) within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, any perfume that has been opened or has its security seal removed is not eligible for a return or refund.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
